The 10-Day Temporary Permit may be obtained for minors between 15 days and 16 years of age without the birth document or school verification normally required for 6-Month Entertainment Work Permit. You must log into the DLSE site to obtain a 10-day permit.
Expedited Work Permit
Allow 3-4 weeks for the regular permit to be issued.
